The pressure between the cylinders of the offset press affects the quality of the product. Here's a simple way to debug the pressure between three rollers:
In the first step, three sheets of old 70 g/m2 writing paper were installed on the old version.
The second step is to remove the old eraser. Replaced with a new eraser, wool liner 70g/m2 to write 5 sheets.
In the third step, loosen the adjuster nuts on both sides of the plate cylinder, the rubber cylinder, the blanket cylinder, and the embossing roll to moderately reduce the pressure, and then tighten the nut.
The fourth step is to make the water roller off the plate, the ink roller on the plate, the amount of ink is the same as the usual printing, and the ink amount on both sides is the same, so that the plate stops after it reaches the full version.
The fifth step, using manual pressure method, the plate and the squeegee roller pressure, see the width of the ink bar. Repeatedly add or subtract pressure, pressure, or pressure. Make the width of the ink bar 5 to 6znm and the two sides are the same, and then lock the pressure adjusting nut between the printing plate and the rubber roller.
In the sixth step, the rubber is wiped cleanly by the barrel and the embossing roll, and the pressure is manually applied. The pressure is changed manually, and the pressure is manually removed. After the embossing cylinder is dried, the pressure is manually combined to see the ink on the embossing cylinder.
