After the output modules 50A4 and 50A5 are exchanged, the closing pressure is normal. After removing the 50A4 board and replacing the miniature relay, the machine works normally.

Fault 2

The first group of pattern-making motors does not work. Both the circumferential and axial patterns cannot be patterned, but there is a pattern-making display at the Colortronic window. Check Register module129, the 24V power supply voltage is normal, and the Monitoring indicator light will indicate when printing, UR +-. SR +-are adjustable, but there is no voltage output at the P1 socket. Measure the potentiometer (1kΩ) at the P8 plug is normal, the output of the pattern motor is 4A, with protection, it is suspected that the positioning controller is broken. After changing the positioning controller, the pattern-making motor works normally.

Fault 3

There is an electric bell but there is no jogging and no operation. Check the safety circuit is normal, the input signal is normal, but there is no brake to absorb the closing sound, 99K4 does not absorb, 24Y1 has no electricity. Check the control output circuit board 70A5 (MCIF 23 board number is 495052), and find that its X3 / 7 (main drive brake), X3 / 8 (main drive ramp on) output indicator light is off, indicating no signal output, so remove 70A5 . It is suspected that the miniature relay is bad, but check the coil of the relay, the resistance value is normal, the normally open contact is normal, and then check the connection between the output point and the relay. It is found that the two small capacitor feet C67 and C68 have red marks. Both are bad (model 103K100V). After replacing the capacitor with the same specification, the fault is eliminated and the machine operates normally.

Fault 4

The power supply of the electric cabinet sometimes buzzes when it is closed, sometimes there is no operation, sometimes there is no jogging, sometimes there is no response when pressing the forward and reverse jogging; sometimes the water roller motor of any unit is turned on, and the machine will automatically Turn it up, it can run normally for about 1 hour. The failure is irregular, irregular and chaotic. At the beginning, there is really no way to start, I do not know how to find the fault. Because 70A4. 70A5, 80A4, 80A5 are the main control board (MCIF23), and the same model is interchangeable, so the method of exchanging the control circuit boards in the electric cabinet is adopted, but the failure remains. When the circuit boards 50A4 and 50A5 are exchanged (MCIF 22 board number is 495001), when the 50A5 is changed to the position of 50A4, the machine can run and the jogging is normal, but the shield of each unit cannot be lifted. The circuit is powered off. When the circuit board is changed back to the original position, the machine has no electric bell and jog function, indicating that the 50A4 is faulty. Because there is no spare board, check the miniature relays on the board one by one. Resistance, integrated block, found that the 18 and 19 pins of the integrated circuit IC2 (UDN2987A) are not in good contact. After cleaning with alcohol, reinstall it on the machine. The machine can jog and the safety circuit is normal after lifting the hood.

Originally thought that the fault has been resolved, but after a few hours after starting up, the machine automatically runs into trouble when the water roll is turned on. Measure the voltage of 50A4's X7 / 3 pin (inch reverse delivery side) to ground. There is a voltage of about 8V. When a group of water roller motors are turned on, the voltage rises by 2V, sometimes 1V. Cut the X7 / 3 line, the machine works normally, the above fault disappears, and lose. The reverse point at the delivery point is normal, but there is no reverse point for each unit. Check the anti-point button switches of each unit one by one, check the DWP12 circuit board of each unit, and find that there is a trace of old fountain solution corrosion at the X1 socket of the DWP12 board of the second group. Measure 20 feet (machine inch reserve) and 13 The resistance value of the foot (damp roller automatic) is 450Ω. Observation and analysis from the point of failure, the board once leaked water due to the water bucket, and there was water droplets on the X1. After a long time, the back of the socket produced rust marks, which formed a phenomenon of continuous electricity. Clean the back of the socket with a cleaning agent, alcohol, and clean the back of the socket with a needle before trying the machine. Everything is normal and the above faults are eliminated.
