From the point of view of the original auxiliary materials, China's binding material for binding has historically revolved around manual production until the 1990s. For example: white glue used for brushing and drying, if used improperly, the lack of toughness of the glue will cause the book to recede and crack. Another example: It is very important for the three-viscosity lining gluing to use the right rubber for the bonded material. In addition, the bone glue used in the backing of the three sticky books and the bone glue used in the paste sealer have not been comparable to foreign products. They are not hard and brittle, moldy, or poorly adherent. There are also gauze, backing paper, plug cloth, book case middle diameter paper, etc. used in hardcover books, which are still not perfectly matched with imported equipment. To sum up, there is currently a lack of professional and systematic peripheral support material production and supply bases in China. In addition, there are still a lot of publications on the selection of sailing materials still use lacquer cloth and medium-low PVC book cover material. These factors will restrict the efficiency of imported equipment and the improvement of product quality in different aspects.
In the handling of the book block before brushing, due to the modernization of the large-scale production cycle is very short, in order to make the book block processed through multiple procedures in a short period of time smooth, obedient, without brushing before and brush Post-glue book block compaction is not possible, even if the glue drying line can not be done. Especially when it comes to thin paper (30G/m2 or less) with multiple posts, the phenomenon of big head back occurs after sewing. However, there is a similar single machine sold abroad, but the domestically manufactured machine is too old, not only inefficient, parts are easily damaged, but also the safety performance is poor, which is also a key part of restricting the hardcover linkage line.

Equipment is also an important aspect affecting "wrong". Quality management should keep the equipment in the best condition during the production process. If the equipment is equipped with “disease” work, employees are required to “pay attention” during the production process.
