High-speed stretch blow molding machine that further improves blowing efficiency

The Contiform SK series uses the proven Contiform technology platform, suitable for disposable polyester bottles up to 0.75 liters in volume, with 30 and 40 blowing stations in two models, with a capacity from 45,000 to 60,000 bottles/ Hours range. In addition, the Krones Air Wizard air circulation system can be pre-blown and stretched with high-pressure air.

Contiform SK series has been put into the market and immediately received a good response. Krones therefore turned two first-class polyester bottling plants into its customers: Visypak in Australia and South Eastern Container in the United States.

The United States South Eastern Container Coca-Cola's largest polyester bottle production plant, its products include: preforms and polyester bottles. The company uses high-speed machines in its production and processes specifically for Coca-Cola. Krones successfully won this famous customer for the first time mainly due to the design of its microcavity blow molding machine. South Eastern Container has installed 40 Contiform SK 40 blow molding machines in each of its two production plants. The technical level of the equipment used by the polyester bottle manufacturer is second to none in the world. The two SK 40 machines are the first blow molding machines on the market capable of producing 60,000 0.5 litre PET bottles per hour.
