Temperature-time sensor on milk container

Germany's Elliott Dennison has now launched an active tag temperature-time sensor. The two-piece design structure (the indicator tag plus the activator tag) makes the time-temperature sensor easy to apply, active, and readable. The sensor has no monitoring capability until the active tag is activated. Once activated, the sensor changes from yellow to pink at a predetermined rate due to temperature changes. When the sensor is placed in an excessively high temperature, it will display an accurate temperature value, and it will have a great effect on seafood products, dairy products, meat, and other perishable products, and the sensor can work with the modified atmosphere film ( MAP) packaging used together.
