Supermodel Kendall Jenner has found her sanctuary in a serene Los Angeles abode that exudes warmth and tranquility. Known for her glamorous public persona, Jenner's personal space reflects a more understated aesthetic, blending organic textures and neutral tones. Her home, featured in the latest issue of Architectural Digest, offers a glimpse into the lifestyle of one of the world's highest-paid models, showcasing her unique taste and vision.
"I like a house that has character," Jenner shares, describing her appreciation for the home's Spanish-inspired architecture and farmhouse charm. "My life involves a lot of chaos and travel, so I wanted a place where I could truly unwind."
Jenner's design team, including mother-and-son duo Kathleen and Tommy Clements, along with renowned architect Waldo Fernandez, initially anticipated a more opulent approach, given Jenner's status. However, they were pleasantly surprised by her preference for simplicity and comfort. "Her taste was more bohemian and funky than expected," Tommy recalls. "It was refreshing to see someone so young with such a mature and understated style."
The living room stands as a testament to Jenner's love for warm, organic textures and earthy tones. A cozy fireplace anchors the space, surrounded by plush sofas adorned with pillows in vintage fabrics. "I'm not a huge party person," Jenner admits. "I prefer to light the fireplace, turn on some music, and enjoy quiet evenings with friends."
Jenner's approach to entertaining extends to her culinary pursuits. "This house has inspired me to spend more time in the kitchen," she reveals. "I'm always experimenting with recipes and trying to improve my cooking skills." Her dedication to creating a functional yet stylish kitchen has been shaped by her family, particularly her siblings Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, and mother Kris Jenner, who have shared invaluable tips over the years.
Contemporary art plays a significant role in the home's decor, with pieces by Barbara Kruger, Richard Prince, Raymond Pettibon, and Sterling Ruby adding vibrant accents. A James Turrell ovoid sculpture, located near the entrance, greets visitors with its mesmerizing LED lights. "I've always admired Turrell's work," Jenner explains. "Kanye introduced me to it, and I knew I wanted this piece to be the centerpiece of my home."

Wilde is a beautifully crafted vanity wall mirror featuring three panels with an irregular shape. Its golden strap of plated brass adds a touch of mid-century modern elegance, making it a versatile addition to any interior. Whether hung above a console or sideboard, it effortlessly brings a retro charm to your living space.
While Jenner acknowledges her relative newcomer status in the contemporary art world, designer Waldo Fernandez emphasizes her deep connection to the pieces she chose. "She wasn't just picking based on trends or recommendations; she selected works that resonated with her on a personal level," he notes.
In the sitting area of her bedroom, a Tracey Emin neon sculpture pairs unexpectedly with 18th-century Italian painted door panels. "These doors remind me of my childhood," Jenner shares. "They belonged to my family and now hold a special place in my heart." Despite initial reservations from the design team, the combination proved successful, highlighting Jenner's unique taste.

For Jenner, who has openly discussed her struggles with anxiety, the home serves as a haven from the pressures of her career. "I'm really proud of what we achieved here," she says. "This is the first home I've designed entirely on my own, and it feels like a true reflection of who I am."
