However, blackness and resolution are contradictory. In other words, the blackness is good and the resolution is low; otherwise, the resolution is high and the blackness will be reduced. 2. The poor quality of carbon powder is mainly manifested in the uneven thickness of powder particles, insufficient blackness, low resolution, poor expansion when shaken, and easy to cause agglomeration due to external temperature or humidity. Detect the cartridge

Because old drums vary greatly in condition, they must be tested before filling. In order to fully understand the quality of parts and components. Mainly from two aspects:

1. Please print a test page with the old drum. If there are regular black spots or broken lines, there is a problem with the drum unit. After the toner cartridge is disassembled, identify defective parts and replace them.

2. Please rotate the gear on the magnetic roller and visually measure whether the powder suction is even and whether it is scratched. If the powder is uneven or there is a circle, the magnetic roller or the inner blade is damaged.

1. Firstly place the cartridge with the drum core facing up. Use tweezers to remove the small metal positioning pins on both sides of the cartridge and remove the latches on both sides of the cartridge to disassemble the cartridge.

2, replace the photosensitive drum, scraper. The photoconductor drum is located at the end of the waste toner box and is afraid of strong light and collision. Pull out the pin while fixing the drum, and then remove the screw at the other end and pull out the pin. This allows the drum to be easily removed. The charging roller PCR under the photosensitive drum was carefully removed. At this time, it should be noted that do not use force or solvent cleaning cleaning roller, so as not to damage the surface coating affect the print quality. Below the charging roller is a scraper, remove the two screws of the fixed scraper, remove the scraper, clean the waste powder in the waste toner bin, and then re-arrange the scraper, charging roller and photosensitive drum in order. Replace it. After the installation is completed, use both hands to push the gears on both sides of the drum to rotate the drum until the residue on the drum surface is scraped.

3, powder filling. Open the plastic cap of the toner bottle, keep the sealing piece, make a small opening on the sealing piece, do not tear off the entire sealing piece, and there is no sealing piece to control the amount of toner to be poured out. Then unplug the plunger of the syringe, insert the syringe tube into the hole, and slowly pour the toner into the syringe tube. If the toner bottle is out of toner, squeeze the toner bottle. First let the toner in the syringe tube flow into the toner container by itself, observe the flow of the toner in the syringe tube, and use the brush handle to strike the syringe tube lightly. When the toner no longer flows into the toner chamber, it remains in the When the toner in the syringe has occupied 80% of the entire syringe barrel, insert the syringe plunger and gently push it inwards while observing the situation where the toner in the syringe flows into the toner chamber. When the toner is no longer moving or When pushing inwards, pull outwards. Pushing the puller repeatedly is repeated until all the syringe tube toner has entered the toner chamber. Be careful not to push too fast when pushing in. Avoid compacting the toner. The compaction of the toner will prevent the toner from entering. Once the toner is compacted, first push the push column outwards to reduce the pressure between the toner chamber and the syringe (this step must not be saved). Pull out the syringe and put the syringe up. Use the brush to put the syringe on the syringe. After loosening, insert the cartridge hole for powder filling.

4. Replace the toner cartridge in the opposite direction and wipe the drum core and charging roller with absorbent cotton.
