a. The final tension of the stretch net and the stretch net is largely influenced by the equipment (pneumatic, mechanical or self-tensioning) used in the stretch net, and it is important to choose one of them to ensure each time The effect of stretching the net is consistent with the equipment, so that it is not affected by the skill of the operator. Stretching the net should not be in place once; before spreading the net, let the net first relax for 15 to 20 minutes. This will help stabilize the tension of the screen.
The tension on the screen is preferably slightly higher than in the middle, and the pressure distribution during the movement of the blade on such a screen is relatively uniform.
In order to ensure the final stability of the tension, the frame of the stretchable net should stay on the stretcher for more than 48 hours. It should be noted that non-standard operations not only fail to obtain ideal tension, but also may cause accidental tearing of the screen.

b. The material of the frame and the shape of the section are very important. Relative to a certain type of frame, if the strength of the frame is not enough, the consistency of the tension cannot be guaranteed. For pcb screen printing screen frame, general wooden frame is not suitable, it is recommended to use a metal frame.

c. Tensiometer Tensiometer is an indispensable tool for stretching and controlling screen tension. Using tension meter to monitor the tension status before screen printing and whether there is tension loss during printing is an effective way to ensure screen printing quality. The same tensiometer should be used when checking or comparing sets of screen tensions.
