Sterile cup type packaging

Aseptic cup molding - filling - sealing packaging machine, can pack pudding, jelly and yogurt with fruit, and equipped with 24up specification device. 125 grams of cup-shaped products are packaged, filled, and sealed in 4 rows and 6 cups each. Each individual workbench is equipped with a servo drive, so it can be precisely positioned. All functions of the packaging machine are carried out using a control system; the touchscreen operation of the HMI operating unit is used.

Sterile devices for disinfecting the bottom of the package and the cover film material use a world-proven and ecologically safe steam sterilization process. The sterilized packaging material is sent to a sealing station in an overpressure line of sterile air. In addition, an online single-sided labeling system can be combined with a packaging machine to decorate cup-shaped products.

To fill different product portfolios (bottom-laying or top-covering products), two 24up filling machines can be installed. This design has two models of in-situ cleaning or in-situ sterilization. The perforating device of the cutter is performed, and the double, 4 and 6 thread perforating units can be pre-selected. Finally, the cup type product is received by the sucker and stored in a single layer in the tray. The production capacity of the production line is about 40,000 cups/hour.
