1, separation process requirements:

Water temperature of 40-50 degrees warm water can be added before the separation of 1% -3% of sodium hydroxide, which can improve the separation effect and efficiency.

2. Before disassembling, install the equipment according to the instructions and check whether there is abnormality in the separator and turn on the power.

First add warm water and chemical drugs to the separator. The water level is added to 2/3 of the tank volume. The motor is started. When the water is rotated and put into raw materials, the separation time is determined according to the degree of difficulty of the separation of raw materials when the equipment is first operated. The general separation of raw materials can be completely separated in 30-40 minutes, and the separation can be completely separated in 20 minutes. After separation of the paper-plastic separator, sampling is performed to check the separation effect. If the separation effect is not satisfactory, the separation time can be extended to achieve a satisfactory separation effect.

3. There is a slurry pneumatic valve (circular) under the paper-plastic separator to discharge the pulp and water. When installing, it needs to receive the same size pipe to the outside of the separator cylinder and then install the pneumatic valve. The upper part of the separator has a pneumatically-arranged valve (square). When installing, the cylinder of the pneumatic valve is installed on the left or right side of the separator according to the site requirements. At the same time, the two corners of the square outlet are cut off by gas welding, and the pneumatic valve is installed. It is necessary to use a rubber sheet as an intermediate cushion to prevent water from flowing out.

4. The separated plastic is discharged through the discharge port, and then enters the cleaning tank 1 and the cleaning tank 2 for manual washing. Since the washed water contains a small amount of pulp, it needs to enter the No. 1 pond for treatment, and the pulp and water are separated.

Pulp and water first enter the No. 1 pool through the discharge port. Then, the pulp is sent to the inclined screen by a pulp pump. The pulp fibers and water are separated by an inclined sieve. The separated clear water enters the No. 2 collection basin for cleaning the pool and paper. Plastic separator to recycle water.
