After inspection, the quality of the products passed 374 batches, and the pass rate of product inspection was 92.1%, which was 3.9 percentage points higher than the same period of last year. Among the 30 batches of unqualified products, the main quality problem is that the formaldehyde emission of 10 batches of products is unqualified, and the soluble heavy metals of one batch of products exceed the standard.

Among the glasses products, this time, a total of 161 batches of fixed glasses products produced and processed by 161 enterprises in the city were sampled. The main test indicators are: spherical lens top power deviation, cylindrical lens top power deviation, minimum thickness of lens reference point, Optical center horizontal deviation, optical center one-sided horizontal deviation, optical center vertical mutual aberration, cylindrical lens axial direction deviation, lens material and surface quality, assembly quality and marking. After inspection, 139 batches were qualified, the pass rate was 86.3%, which was 4.8 percentage points higher than the same period of last year. 22 batches of unqualified products, the main quality problems are expressed as unqualified degrees, this product will directly affect the wearer's corrective effect of refractive error, which will cause visual fatigue.

"The excessive formaldehyde and heavy metals in the furniture will cause damage to the human body. The quality of the glasses is directly related to the vision health of the students as the main consumer group, and its impact cannot be ignored." The relevant person in charge of the Municipal Quality Supervision Bureau said that it will be strict. Carry out unqualified post-processing work, take effective measures to carry out rectification, and ensure the production of qualified products.
