Fault detection and communication:
Through the engineer's professional inspection of the hard disk's head has been damaged, to explain the situation to the customer and to make a solution, and finally the customer agrees with the solution, the engineer begins data recovery work.
Data recovery process:
The engineer found a good hard disk in the spare parts library with the same batch of customers. In the 100-level clean room, the magnetic head assembly was replaced. After changing the magnetic head assembly, the hard disk was hung on the UDMA data recovery tool and the parameters of the hard disk were recognized normally. It is also normal, but when the sector is accessed, an error is reported, the display sector cannot be read, and the cause is found again. Finally, the firmware of the hard disk is also abnormal. The firmware is repaired by the UDMA professional maintenance firmware tool, and the final sector is normally accessed.
