Ultra-smooth powder coating

Japan's Nippon Paint Company has developed a powder coating that looks comparable to a liquid topcoat and has been commercialized. The powder coating has a finer particle size than a standard powder coating. Its thin coating makes it easier to melt and flows well into the groove. Available powder coatings include epoxy, polyester-epoxy and polyurethane.
