The Human Resources Department now has training, education and training departments, but it mainly undertakes the duties of internal training; in addition to internal training, Anmeng Business School is also responsible for the core cultural promotion of the entire corporate culture, and even to spread and influence. The upstream supplier system, as well as the downstream terminal distributors, and all customer groups, is a very large system, so we set up an organization of the Anmeng Business School to carry such responsibilities and functions.
Regarding the planning of the Anmeng Business School, the initial purpose was clear. First, strengthen the construction of An Meng's own team and the cultivation of internal talents. [Wang Xulin]: The store manager and the core shopping guide. Our business school is now an initial course. The curriculum system is like this. It is divided into three categories: first, knowledge, second, skills, and third, attitude training. In the courses in these three fields, we are divided into primary, secondary and advanced. At present, the junior level is opened, and the attitude training and skill training are provided in the primary. In 2012, we will be able to offer intermediate and advanced levels, and the subjects will be taught from store managers, shopping guides, core employees to bosses. We have now developed a curriculum system at the initial stage, and we are also developing a medium- and high-level curriculum system. These courses have been developed, from the form of courseware to the content, which will form our own intellectual property, which is unique to our Anmeng Business School.
