Analysis of Failure of Receiving Paper in J4103 Offset Press

We have been engaged in printing for many years and found that the J4103 offset press is a very common model, especially for small and medium-sized printing factories, and there are more than one manufacturers. We encountered more J4103 offset presses, and the failure of the delivery of the paper brought a lot of inconvenience to the post-printing process, often plaguing the workers and technicians who operated the machine. The first side of the printed receipts will not affect the entire side of the entire paper and printing; the second side of the receipt of paper will affect the number of points, binding folds, greatly affecting the efficiency of the work. Moreover, due to the uneven delivery, the scrap rate has also increased. Combining the printing machinery and craftsmanship, I conducted a detailed analysis of the failure of the delivery of the paper for the reference of my colleagues.
First, the poor function of the static eliminator caused the delivery to be uneven.
As we all know, paper is often charged with static electricity, and the role of static eliminator is to eliminate or reduce the amount of charge on the paper. However, due to changes in temperature and humidity (especially in spring and autumn), paper is particularly susceptible to electrification, which requires a good static elimination effect. Therefore, we should always keep the discharge rods and discharge needles clean and often remove paper dust and oil. When it is found that the static eliminator does not work, first check whether the power indicator light is on, whether the power plug is too loose, whether the power supply on the static eliminator is turned on, and whether the fuse is intact. When all of the above is normal, but the static electricity is still more serious, a conditional printer can install a sprayer to increase the relative humidity of the workshop, which is more effective in eliminating static electricity.
Second, the paper itself is deformed or is too thin and thick to cause a misfeed.
Paper is shipped from paper mills and it is transported and stored for a long period of time. Because of the frequent changes in the surrounding climate, the difference in humidity between the regions causes the paper to be deformed. Therefore, it is necessary to use the hysteresis effect of the paper to conduct humidity conditioning on the paper.
Paper cutting error can not be too large, generally does not exceed ± 2mm, requires four corners as close as possible to 90 °, to the curling of the hand to knock flat, in order to ensure a smooth service. According to the actual situation in the delivery table on the plug pad wood, paper and other methods to keep the collection pile. Sometimes the paper is too thin, causing the paper to roll forward when the paper is discharged. In this case, two thin 3mm to 5cm wide hard materials can be wrapped on the connecting shaft connecting the two wall panels above the delivery table. The length should be lower than the paper receiving row, which does not affect the normal operation of the paper receiving row, so that it can play a role in buffering the paper. If the paper is too thick and the paper is rolled downwards, it will be drilled under the front cardboard. At this time, two rubber tubes with an inner diameter of 15mm and an outer diameter of 40mm can be put on two pieces of cardboard on the front edge of the cardboard. , about 50 ~ 100 mm higher than the paper stack, according to the specific circumstances, under the adjustment.
Third, the time for paper to be put on the delivery table is inconsistent with that of the side board and the rear board, resulting in uneven delivery.
The function of the sideboard and the backboard is to align the front and back side of the printed sheet after embossing. The position of the paper on the delivery table should be in the middle of the right and left sides of the cardboard. The distances between the left and right two sided cardboards and the side of the paper should be the same. You can loosen the sideboard cardboard translation adjustment screw to adjust. When the paper is placed on the paper suction table, the lateral movement of the paper should begin to translate backwards. If the paper is too fast or too slow to move, it will affect the orderliness of the paper. This can be adjusted by the translational movement of the lateral cardboard inside the chain wheel. Loosen the three fastening screws and toggle the translation paper to pull the translation cam so that the translation time of the left and right lateral cardboards can be synchronized with the paper coordination time.
Fourth, if the amount of air drawn by the intake reducer is too large, too small or inconsistent, it will cause the delivery to be uneven.
Inhalation reducer, or take-up buffer, consists of a buffer, a regulating valve, and a trachea. Its role is to reduce the conveying speed of the paper when it reaches the delivery table, reduce the impact force, prevent the printed sheet from floating, and obtain a neat paper collection. The good results.
Inhalation cap leakage is a common failure and the leaky suction cap should be sealed with an adhesive in a timely manner. The overall amount of inspiratory volume can be adjusted by adjusting the inhalation volume of the air pump. Individual inhalation can be adjusted individually and adjusted by opening and closing the valve. The position of the suction hole on the suction frame must be aligned with the suction hole on the suction pipe. The suction port on the suction frame must keep a certain distance from the rotary suction cover. The requirements must not be too low or too low. Inhalation will weaken or not work, to rotate the suction hood can be in the suction port on the suction hood does not touch the inner wall of the suction cover is appropriate, generally maintain about 1mm. Adjust by loosening the fastening screw on the suction mount.
Fifth, the delivery time and the bite force of the receiving chain teeth and roller teeth will also affect the delivery.

Sixth, the paper is put on the delivery table too quickly or too slowly, resulting in uneven delivery.
The adjustment of paper delivery time for teething discharge is shown in Fig. 2. The receiving bite row reaches the delivery table, and the teeth are opened after impact by the bumps. The printed sheets fall from the row of teeth and the time for paper feeding can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the pin 1. To adjust, the positioning plate 4 is provided with 7 holes, and the positioning holes at different positions rotate the shaft 2 at different angles, thereby changing the working position of the bump 3, that is, changing the paper-discharging time, clockwise rotation, slow paper feeding, and vice versa. fast.
In addition, the delivery tray automatic drop device failure or printing pressure is too heavy or uneven, the difference between the printed paper and the delivery table installed position will also affect the paper delivery.
