(1) Color-changing printing generally adopts direct color printing with color-changing coatings and common coatings. (2) When a color-changing paint and an ordinary paint are mixed and used, the larger the difference between the hue of the spelled paint and the changed hue, the more obvious the effect is. For example, when the color changing blue paint and the ordinary yellow paint are combined into green, the color change is green and yellow, and the effect is obvious.

(3) In the design of the pattern, it is required that the changed color and the unchangeable color should be separated as much as possible on the pattern structure to prevent the overlap of the two, resulting in the third color of the change, which will seriously affect the overall effect of the pattern.

(4) According to the use of textiles, fabrics with large variations in temperature, such as towels and summer wear, should be blended and used as much as possible with color-changing coatings and common coatings in order to provide more color-changing color, better color-changing effects, and more effective visualization. (5) Production technology of thermochromic coating printing:

1 Grasp the thickness of a certain printing layer, in order to obtain a clear discoloration effect, the printing layer should be slightly thicker, so that the content of discoloration on the fabric is slightly more, and the energy of discoloration increases accordingly. However, too thick a printing layer will affect the hand feeling and the rubbing fastness of the printed fabric.

2 The color paste of color-changing coating should be ready for use, especially after adding thickener, the color paste should not be stored for a long time so as not to affect the color change effect.

3 The storage temperature of the color-changing paint paste is generally 1 to 4°C. If the temperature is too high or too low, the paste will be unstable.

(4) The molecular structure of color-changing coatings is more active, and sunlight, acids and alkalis and other gases should be avoided during storage.
