The instrument is composed of a single-chip digital precision piezoelectric heater. The heater adopts a flame-retardant electric heating sleeve. Due to the precision digital voltage regulation, the electric heater has the characteristics of fine pressure regulation, stable heating and stable temperature rise.

The instrument is also equipped with a 500ml three-neck round bottom flask, glass test tube, measuring thermometer and auxiliary thermometer. The instrument is easy to operate, stable in performance, fast in heating and uniform in temperature rise. The instrument can also be equipped with a dedicated barometer for the user to test.

Third, after installation and use of the instrument out of the box, first check the appearance to see if there is damage.
Connect the mains and make the chassis protection grounding (the instrument is grounded through the center of the power plug).
3. Turn on the power switch, digital display 0 words, no heating voltage at this time, press the “▲” button and “▼” button respectively to select the required heating voltage to heat the sample. When the digital display is 0, it is not heated, and when it is 220V, it is full voltage heating.
4. Combine the test tube, thermometer, etc. according to the standard diagram.


5. How to use the heater: When the user first uses it, do not set the heating too high. You can properly control the heating voltage, do not heat the whole voltage, and master the temperature after the temperature rise to the boiling point of the sample. It can be adjusted directly to this temperature.
6. Measure the appropriate amount and inject it into the test tube. The liquid level is slightly lower than the liquid level of the silicone oil in the flask. Heating, when the temperature rises to a certain value and remains unchanged for a certain period of time, this temperature is the boiling point of the sample to be tested. Record room temperature and air pressure at the same time.

Fourth, note:
1. The instrument is not allowed to be stored in a humid and corrosive atmosphere to prevent the heating plate from getting wet.
2. The instrument must be connected to the protective ground before use! In case of personal electric shock!
3. When the number shows heating voltage and the heating plate is not hot, it can be checked that the controllable brick and heating plate in the machine may be damaged and should be replaced immediately.
