The machine is based on Type I and Type II pulp presses and has been upgraded to add rinsing and secondary squeezing. It is mainly used for directly extracting black liquor under the papermaking pulp ball. The operation process is that the discharge outlet of the team's lower-matching grass is put into the feed port of the double-screw pulper through the screw propeller. Through the rotation of the left and right spirals, the pulp is pushed from the feed end to the other end, and the first extraction is done. 85% of the black liquor in the grass is used for squeezing; then the water is injected into the inlet of the observation window and rinsed with fresh water. After that, the black liquor is extracted by secondary extrusion to complete the process of extracting the black liquor and rinsing.
