FD-77 66 inch size spiral round die cutting machine

The FD-77 type 66-inch spiral round die cutting machine of Japan Rockey Company. This die-cutting machine, according to the company, is the world's first machine equipped with a spiral cutting tool. This product is applying for an international patent. The main features of the machine include:

- Vacuum adsorption cardboard conveying system ensures that the cardboard will not be skewed;
- Die cutting machine adopts direct drive system;
- Semi-rigid die-cutting process, which minimizes the contact between the die-cutting tool and the thin half-hardness bottom roll anvil pad coated on the steel bottom roller;
- Spiral die-cutting tools are used in combination with anvil pads made of soft-cut polyurethane material.

Other features of this die-cutting machine include improved printing and die-cutting accuracy, simpler die-cutting and stripping work, reduced machine vibration amplitude to a minimum, quieter operation and less damage to the tool.
