Hebei Develops Successful New Type of Polyethylene Material

A new type of polyethylene material, which is widely used in floor heating technology, was successfully developed in Hebei Wuyi Dexin Pipe Co., Ltd. and passed the inspection of National Chemical Construction Material Inspection Center.
This kind of material does not contain any harmful components. The product produced has high internal pressure resistance, wide application temperature range, good heat resistance, long-term use at 70-95 degrees Celsius, and service life of up to 50 years. In particular, the surface tension of the inner wall of the product is low, and the formation of scale can be effectively prevented. At the same time, since the thermal conductivity is lower than that of the metal pipe, the thermal insulation performance thereof is excellent.
