3. The optical cassette in the laser printer is a key component of the printer. If the optical components are dirty, the digital information transmitted from the computer cannot be accurately converted from photoelectric to electrostatic latent image: the digital information of characters and images cannot be correctly transferred. On the carrier. Therefore, the uncleanness of optical components is a major factor that affects the quality of the carrier.

The optical components and positions in the cassettes are precisely calibrated using special equipment and can be positioned without special equipment. For the clean maintenance of laser beam inspection mirrors, fiber optic heads, focusing lenses, and hexagonal prisms, care should be taken. “Water” can be made of anhydrous ethanol, and it can be cleaned with wood or bamboo tools, and it can be cleaned with a suede or medicinal absorbent cotton. However, it is better to “dry-clean” because “water-elution-fat” is easy to lose fiber and affect the optical effect.

4. The laser printer works by dissolving the toner into paper with the principle of photoelectricity. Therefore, the laser printer paper must be dry without static electricity, otherwise the easy-to-paper or printed documents will be black. Paper should be stored at a temperature of 17 to 23°C and a relative humidity of 40% to 50% in order to obtain the best printing results.

5. If any paper jam is found during the printing process, open the cover of the printer, pull out the paper jammed in the printer, and close the printer cover. The fault can be eliminated. If you have frequent problems, use a dry cloth to clean the printer's corona wire and the paper path.

6. The laser printer generates ozone during the printing process. The ozone filter must be replaced every time 50,000 sheets are printed. Although the ozone filter looks very clean at this time, it cannot filter the ozone. When the laser printer is placed in a crowded environment, the ventilation of the room is not good, the exhaust port of the printer is facing the operator's face, and the ozone filter is used for too long, the ozone generated by the printer during the printing process will be harmful to the human body. At this time, it is necessary to improve the working environment of the printer and replace the ozone filter in time.

7. Always wipe the paper dust and dust from the laser printer with a dry cloth, and clean the corona wire. Only in this way can the normal use of the laser printer be ensured and its life extended.
