Lime soil base layer construction quality requirements:
A properly constructed lime soil base layer is essential for ensuring the stability and durability of road or track surfaces. Below are the key quality requirements that must be met during the construction process:
1. The limestone used should have a particle size greater than 20mm not exceeding 10%, and the largest soil particle size should not exceed 50mm.
2. There should be no undigested lime particles or stones larger than 10mm in the mixture.
3. The lime soil must be thoroughly mixed to ensure an even distribution and uniform color throughout.
4. After being compacted with a 12-ton steel roller, the depth of wheel marks should not exceed 5mm.
5. The surface of the base layer should remain free from floating soil, peeling, looseness, or slurry formation.
6. The allowable deviation for the quality of the lime subbase is outlined in the table below.

1. In the "Tian Sai District" section, the term refers to areas used for competition events such as long jump, high jump, etc.
2. Each test point is randomly selected, and the error is determined by the maximum deviation.
3. The cross slope result should not exceed 1%.
4. Compaction degree refers to the ratio of the optimal density.
5. "B" represents an additional width added during construction, generally not less than 30cm.
