US FastSCREEN Direct Screen Printing Plate Inkjet Printer

Recently, the United States Institute of Screen Printing has made another major breakthrough in ink jet technology, introducing the inkjet printing machine FastSCREENTM, which directly produces screen printing plates. It uses a robotic print head to directly and quickly print the specialized UV black dye FaslinkTM onto a screen plate coated with a photographic emulsion without the use of a plate-making film.

FastSCREENTM is designed for the T-shirt printing industry and uses a frame size (outer diameter) of 66cm x 86cm. It can use a wooden frame, a rigid aluminum frame and a re-stretchable screen, with a pin positioning system. According to the size of the image and the resolution of the file, most standard size images can be completed within 2 to 5 minutes.

FasLSCREENTM has an optional stage exposure device, FastLIGIITTM (patented product). When the image is printed on the film coated with the photoresist, the plate can be exposed immediately under high-output UV light, and the operator can print from the ink. Remove the film plate from the press directly to the rinse tank.

The FasLSCREENTM incorporates a laser-safe automatic device that stops the machine when any condition occurs in the print head channel. The actual size of the ink jet printer, including the roller bed, was 244 cm (length) x 140 cm (width) x 120 cm (height), using a standard voltage of 110V.

Using a dedicated accessory, the FastSCREENTM inkjet plate making machine can be easily converted into a machine FastT-JET JUMBO that can directly print on textiles. It can be used for large beach towels, bandannas, oversized T-shirts, and can be printed at the same time with a hat holder. Baseball caps.
