Abstract: In order to save wood and protect forest vegetation, an economical iron crates were studied instead of wooden crates. The lid of the iron box can be uncovered, and the front door has a box door, which can take the contents from the top and the front. The cabinet is sturdy and durable, with stacking pallets, four-way forks, spreader lifting and waterproof, dustproof and moisture proof. The analysis shows that the iron packaging box has reasonable design, simple structure, easy processing, good use value, and can be recycled and meets environmental protection requirements.

Abstract: An economical and applicable iron packing box is studied to instead the wooden packing box for saving wood and protect forest vegetation. With a door on its front side, the box cover can be opened, the contents can be taken from the upside and front It is sturdy and durable for stacking, four-direction inletting and furca-ting, spreader lifting and water proof, dust proof, moisture proof and has other functions. The analysis shows that the design of the box is reasonable, the structure is Simple, it is easy to process, with a very good use val-ue, it is recyclable that meets the requirement of environmental protection.

Military packaging is an important barrier to ensure that the equipment maintains technical performance during storage, transportation, handling and use, and is protected from various adverse factors. For a long time, China's general-purpose ammunition, firearms, military optical instruments and related military equipment spare parts have always used wood packaging, which not only consumes a lot of wood resources, but also has poor comprehensive protection and environmental adaptability. The iron packaging box is reasonable in design, simple in structure, easy to process, durable, not easy to deform, good in consistency, convenient to carry, light in weight, beautiful in appearance, and has good use value. In order to save the national timber, protect the forest vegetation, and maintain the earth's ecological balance, research and develop an economical iron crates to replace the previously used wooden crates.

1 design ideas

The most basic function of military packaging is to protect products and facilitate storage and transportation, to maintain the reliability of product quality and to achieve product protection and use. Military logistics refers to the logistics activities generated to meet the troops' normal supply and wartime protection. Military packaging is the basis of military logistics. Whether it is from the functional role of military packaging, quality, structure, materials and other aspects will have an impact on the efficiency of military logistics, which requires comprehensive and comprehensive consideration of the rationality of military packaging, and combined Relevant factors such as storage, transportation, handling, and use of products will bring into play the overall efficiency of military logistics and improve the efficiency of logistics support. Modern high-tech warfare is a strategic behavior within the scope of tactics. It is transformed by large groups, deep and deep, and the past parts are piled up, and the single-piece request method is to carry and accompany the way to solve the rapid protection of equipment and short-term and high. Consumption problem; change the simple packaging and transportation mode of the parts in the past is the integrated packaging and carrying method to solve the problem of rapid supply and demand conversion of the troops. In order to improve the rapid response capability and support capability of the logistics equipment carrying equipment during the wartime, and to meet the actual needs of the military logistics equipment support, the design idea is to use high-quality metal materials, using a flip-open locking mechanism to facilitate cargo access and storage. High strength, sturdy and durable, large carrying capacity, beautiful appearance; surface paint coating or electrostatic spray treatment, anti-oxidation, no maintenance, long service life; surface treated by environmental protection, health immunization, turnover, storage and recycling do not pollute the environment With the forklift, lift, crane and other equipment can be efficient operation; manufacturing costs are comparable to wooden crates.

2 Structural features

The structure of the iron box is divided into two parts: the box body and the box cover, as shown in Figure 1. The lid can be lifted and removed by the handles on both sides, so that it can be taken directly from the top of the box. There is a split box door on the front of the box, which can be taken from the front of the box after opening. The door and the box column are hinged with stainless steel hinges to ensure flexible switch. There are stainless steel bolts and padlocks on the outside of the door. The common bolts are used to close the door. When transporting long distances, the door can be locked with a padlock. The four corners of the box and the cover are drilled with corresponding small holes. After the package is inspected, the box and the cover can be sealed with fine stainless steel wire through the small holes.

The beam, longitudinal beam and column material are selected from the national standard 5# angle steel and welded together by electric welding. Adding angle iron and ribs at each joint to enhance the structural strength. The lifting lug is made of a 6mm cold-rolled plate with a diameter of 60mm and then made of a right angle. The lifting lug must ensure that the chain hook can effectively grab the packing box during lifting. A stop is welded in the middle of the beam to limit the door when the door is locked. The legs are made of 6mm cold-rolled sheet metal at right angles. After welding, the distance between the bottom of the box and the ground is 100mm, which is convenient for the forklift to carry out loading and unloading operations in four directions. The side plate, the back plate and the bottom plate of the box body are selected from 2 mm thick cold rolled plates or corrugated plates. In order to strengthen the load-bearing capacity of the bottom plate, two 150mm-wide and 5mm-thick cold-rolled plates are welded on the bottom frame of the box as the backing, and the two ends of the bottom and the bottom beam of the bottom of the bottom are butt welded to improve the structural strength.

The structure of the cover is shown in Figure 3. The beam and longitudinal beam materials are selected from the national standard 5# angle steel and welded together by electric welding. Cut the gap at the four corners with a plasma cutter, and weld the triangular ribs. When assembling the box, ensure that the weight of the cover is evenly pressed against the box through the triangular ribs at the four corners.

When the iron box is stacked, the total weight of the box is shared by four box legs (12). The box legs (12) are pressed at the four corners of the box cover through the leg bottom plate (8), and the weight is pressed against the box frame by the triangular ribs (16) at the four corners of the box cover. Such layer-by-layer compression ensures that the package is safe and reliable, and the stacking is uniform and uniform, and the occupied plant area is small and easy to manage.

When there are many contents in the iron packaging box, it can be divided into two upper and lower layers, and the middle is separated by steel plates. There are support ribs and skeleton under the steel plate, which has high rigidity and will not be deformed.

3 Appearance logo

The front of the box is sprayed with the name of the equipment and the nameplate is riveted. The nameplate contents are the equipment name, equipment number, package size, weight, date of manufacture, and factory number. The inside of the iron packing box is sprayed with gray anti-rust paint, and the outside is sprayed with anti-rust primer first, then sprayed with sea gray top paint, which has the functions of moisture proof, rust prevention and dustproof.

A packing list is attached to the inside of the box door of the package. Each box has a plastic file bag with information such as product instruction manual, certificate of conformity, and standing accessories. The product instruction manual is marked with the installation diagram, daily maintenance and precautions. The box door is equipped with a padlock. The key is provided with a key nameplate with the name of the equipment and the box number.

4 packaging green

The greening of packaging means the use of materials, techniques and methods that can be recycled, recycled or degraded during the implementation of the packaging, and does not cause pollution to the environment, human body and living organisms throughout the life cycle. Green packaging is an effective way to ensure the economic and environmental protection of military logistics, and is the true embodiment of green logistics. The iron box can be recycled. The components are made of angle steel and cold-rolled and hot-rolled plates. The internal equipment is fixed with bolts and nuts. It is completely useless of wood, saving the country's wood, protecting the forest vegetation and complying with environmental protection. Requirements, the requirements for green packaging are realized.

5 advantages of iron crates

The lid of the iron crates can be uncovered, and the front door has a box door, which can take the contents from both the upper and the front sides. The functions of dustproof and moisture proof show that the iron packaging box has reasonable design, simple structure and easy processing. 6 Conclusion

Since 2002, this kind of iron crates has been used as a special military equipment packaging box, and it has been well received by the troops in the fields of material packing, warehouse storage, transportation, loading and unloading, and distribution. The iron box material is made of cold and hot-rolled iron plates. It is a long-term product in China, and the supply of raw materials is not a problem. The production process is simple, the production equipment requirements are not high, and the general machinery factory can produce. The use of iron crates conforms to the environmental protection direction of China and the world, and the replacement of wooden crates by iron boxes is the general trend.
