Overall design

system structure

The one-card WeChat service platform needs to interface with the campus card system platform and the off-campus Tencent WeChat public platform to develop various service applications. The main workflow is that WeChat users send inquiry commands or requests to Tencent WeChat public service platform. Binding service

The user pays attention to the public number of the card WeChat service platform and sends a binding service request. After receiving the message, the card WeChat platform determines whether the user has bound the card. Users can query campus card balances in real time, consume records, find lost cards and bind related information.

The module is mainly to provide users with various types of school public information services, including conference information, grade information, class information, borrowing information, and locker information. The WeChat service platform integrates data with the public library, and the user can directly query the public data information, and grasp the conference sign-in information, class schedule information, grade information, and borrowing information in real time.

Through the message push center to push news notifications in time, users can view published news, announcements, videos, usage guides, etc. At the same time, for the one-card failure, WeChat can be quickly repaired.

This module mainly provides daily management and maintenance functions for the management personnel of the card WeChat service platform, including three sub-modules: system setting, information query and data analysis. Functions implemented by the system include administrator role management, operator management authorization, WeChat service platform function management, notification guide information release, etc.; information query implementation functions include user binding information query and unbinding, user repair information reply and management; Data analysis implementation functions include user binding information statistics, user transaction statistics and reports, system automatic reconciliation, manual reconciliation management, etc. (see Figure 4).

The campus card WeChat service platform is based on the card system platform. The Dalian WeChat campus has been running more than 20,000 users on the campus of the WeChat platform for more than a year. It covers nearly half of the teachers and students in the school.
