1. Check the washing equipment, such as whether the washing machine pipe is blocked or not, and whether the washing liquid is used up.

The second question: all holes are low color?

The following five operational errors are factors that cause all holes to be low-color:

1. After the micropore is added to the antibody, the plate is not completely washed, and free antibodies are present in the micropores.

2. The washing plate is not clean.

3. The antibody contaminates other reagents such as enzyme conjugates.

4. The temperature did not meet the requirements.

5. The amount of reagent added to each well is lower than the amount required by the instructions.

Solution:

1. When washing the plate with distilled water by hand, avoid the contact of the tip with the micropores, and often replace the new distilled water.

2. When washing the plate, make sure that each hole is filled with distilled water (about 400ul) and wash the plate at least five times.

3. Operate in strict accordance with the instructions, and replace the tip for each sampling.

4. Control the incubation temperature at 25 °C.
