YMUV07-II ultraviolet cross-linking instrument is a multi-purpose 254nm ultraviolet radiation system, mainly used to cross-link nucleic acids on the membrane. It can also be used for DNA cleavage in agar gel, RecA mutation screening, partial restriction enzyme digestion of thymus dimers, and UV sterilization to eliminate PCR contamination. It is also used in ultraviolet sterilization and polymer ultraviolet treatment.

· In order to fix the ribonucleotide on the membrane, the traditional method is to place the membrane in a vacuum oven at 80 ℃ for 2 hours, only need to be irradiated on the ultraviolet crosslinker under 254nm ultraviolet light for a few seconds.

Press the "OK" key, the selected value has been stored in the corresponding program. Press the "?" 2. Time mode
In the main menu, move the cursor to the "time" mode, press the "OK" key, the program enters the exposure time exposure mode.

Ten, daily maintenance
1. Replace the UV lamp
When the lamps with different wavelengths are replaced and the lamps used are damaged, the lamps need to be replaced. Pull down the lamp
Lamp holder, and then pull out the pins on both ends of the lamp tube from the soft connection socket. Put the new tube into the soft connection socket, and then gently push the lamp tube upward into the lamp holder, and the replacement is completed.
2. Keep the UV exposure room dry and clean. Use a soft cotton cloth to gently wipe the interior wall of the exposure chamber and the surface of the outer box of the instrument.
3. Replace the fuse
When replacing the fuse, you must first cut off the power of the instrument, open the cover of the fuse tube seat, replace the fuse (1A) of the corresponding capacity, and then close it tightly.
